Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Develop EVP Strategy & Activation: Define and articulate an authentic employer brand across digital and traditional channels, showcasing real stories of care, purpose, and professional growth to attract high-caliber healthcare and administrative talent.

Create Recruitment Data Analytics: Build and manage talent analytics dashboards (leveraging ATS and HRIS data) to measure channel performance, track candidate pipeline health, predict hiring bottlenecks, and deliver actionable insights to executive leadership.

Optimize Candidate Journey: Map and refine the end-to-end talent acquisition process, embedding our core values of dignity, empathy, and respect into every touchpoint to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Execute Targeted Sourcing Campaigns: Design data-informed sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill community care roles, monitoring cost-per-hire, time-to-fill, and candidate quality metrics to optimize recruitment expenditure.

Champion Internal Brand Alignment: Work with Internal Communications to ensure our EVP resonates internally, fostering higher employee engagement, strong referral networks, and improved retention.

Qualification
Must-Haves:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, or HR Data Analytics.

Demonstrated experience developing data visualization dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and analyzing recruitment metrics to inform strategy.

Proven track record of executing multi-channel Employer Value Proposition (EVP) campaigns that measurably improve talent attraction and candidate quality.

Exceptional strategic communication skills, combining HR authority with a genuine empathy for community-driven work.
