Job Description

Are you an administrative powerhouse who thrives on order, efficiency, and the latest technology?

We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive Executive, IT Administration to join our IT department, reporting to the Head of IT. This is not a standard admin role; we are looking for a "force multiplier"—someone who loves creating structure, enjoys digital "housekeeping," and leverages the latest AI and Google tools to make our team faster and smarter.

If you are a meticulous fast-learner who sees process gaps as opportunities for innovation, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Operational Backbone: Manage end-to-end IT procurement processes, including raising purchase requests, vendor coordination, and invoice tracking.

  • Documentation Excellence: Lead the development and maintenance of IT policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Terms of Reference (TOR) for committees.

  • Committee Coordination: Serve as the administrative anchor for steering committees—managing agendas, tracking action items, and ensuring momentum.

  • Learning & Development: Act as the IT training coordinator, organizing workshops and upskilling sessions to keep the team sharp.

  • Visual Storytelling: Create high-impact presentation slides for management updates and departmental showcases.

  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify ways to streamline workflows, automating manual tasks and setting new standards for efficiency.

  • Meticulous & Organized: You enjoy housekeeping (both digital and physical). You get satisfaction from organized folders, clear version control, and streamlined processes.

  • High Common Sense: You can navigate ambiguity with sound judgment and minimal supervision.

  • Fast-Paced: You thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities shift and speed is a competitive advantage.

  • Fast Learner: You pick up new systems and processes effortlessly.
