Qualification
You are:
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or diploma in any discipline preferably in Psychology, Healthcare, Gerontology, Education, Communications.
- Having a genuine interest in engaging with elderly residents and exhibit the ability to connect and build rapport with the residents
- Empathetic, friendly with a caring and positive attitude
- Willing to learn, work flexible hours (including weekends) independently and be a team player
- Able to creatively curate fun and suitable activities to appeal to our residents' wide range of interest.
- Comfortable interacting with people of all diverse backgrounds; senior residents, volunteers, coordinating with volunteers and partners

- Your role will include supporting the planning and execution of a wide array of activities and programmes for the residents working alongside with volunteers and partners
- You will be expected to provide with any logistic support including preparation of materials during the activities.
- Engage and interact with the residents in a warm and respectful way
- Faciliate activities and encourage residents' participation
- Assist with outings and special events is required.
- You may be required to plan and support any adhoc feedback survey or projects when necessary.
- Flexible work hours including weekends and after hours will be expected
