Job Description

You will need to:

• Ensure proper storage of client's medications

• Remind clients on taking medications

• Ensure accurate documentation of medication records

• Report to Nurse-in-charge on clients or caregiver who require medications, medical appointments and related advise

• Take care of clients and monitor their progression

• Escort the clients if required

• Perform CPR, AED and first aid to clients and plays an active role in emergency situations.

• Perform vital signs monitoring or checks example blood pressure, temperature and reports to Clinicians

Qualification

You should:

• Have Degree in Nursing / Bachelor of Science (Nursing) / ITE Higher Nitec Skills Certificate in Nursing

• Have a minimum 2 years of Nursing experience

• Have an existing registration with the Nursing Council of your origin country

• Thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment

• Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Have experience in Operations and Supervisory positions

• Be proficient in Google Suite Applications

• Be passionate in patient care
