Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Finance Dashboarding & Data Visualisation to lead the design, implementation, optimization and maintenance of our financial analytics and reporting ecosystem. This is an individual contributor role. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial planning & analysis (FP&A) expertise with deep technical knowledge of Power BI development/ dashboarding, planning tool (Just Perform), data modeling, and database structure. This role plays a key part in strengthening the company's data-driven decision-making across business units in multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, optimization, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards (or other data visualisation tool) and analytical models that inform senior management and departmental performance reviews.
  • Partner with IT and product development teams to design and manage the underlying database architecture supporting dashboarding, ensuring efficient data flow, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Translate business and financial requirements into technical specifications for dashboards and data models.
  • Develop and implement data visualization strategies to improve transparency, operational efficiency, and business insight.
  • Be the go to business partner for all corporate function support.
  • Translate complex financial, operational, and strategic data into actionable business insights for decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Drive automation and standardization of management reporting to enhance efficiency and consistency.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across systems and reports.
  • Drive continuous improvement in BI tools, practices, and governance; mentor and upskill internal teams on Power BI (or other data visualisation tool) and data storytelling best practices.
  • Partner with IT, Finance and Procurement teams to enhance data architecture and integration for reporting and forecasting needs.
  • Support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives with advanced analytics and scenario modeling.

Qualification

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA).
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in dashboard and business intelligence development.
  • Proven hands-on experience in Power BI, DAX, SQL and data modeling at an enterprise level.
  • Strong understanding of financial performance metrics, forecasting, and business partnering practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with senior leadership.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical problem-solving and project management abilities.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate financial data into commercial insights.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams or BI transformation initiatives is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills with senior leadership

Other Information

Preferred skillsets

  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, EPICOR, Just Perform, Power BI or any other relevant finance systems
  • Strong knowledge of dashboarding and data visualisation.
  • Experience in Just Perform, Power BI and Google Suite is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of database architecture.
