Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of meaningful programmes and activities to enhance residents' quality of life.
- Coordinate daily and special programmes with internal teams, volunteers, and community partners to ensure smooth execution.
- Assist in volunteer management, including recruitment support, scheduling, communications, engagement, and tracking volunteer attendance and service hours through the Volunteer Management System (VMS).
- Support the training, guidance, and supervision of volunteers during activities and programmes.
- Contribute to the design and development of resident-centred programmes by identifying activities that align with residents' needs, interests, abilities, and overall well-being.
- Prepare programme materials, attendance records, and activity venues to ensure programmes are well-organised and ready for delivery.
- Monitor programme implementation, gather feedback from residents, volunteers, and stakeholders, and recommend improvements to enhance programme quality and sustainability.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster meaningful community engagement and positive volunteer experiences.
- Perform other programme-related duties and projects as assigned.

Qualification
You are:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Undergraduate degree.
- A strong team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiar with Canva or other content/media creation tools.
- Passionate about serving seniors and making a meaningful impact in the community.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Creative and resourceful, with an interest in community engagement, volunteer management, and programme planning.
- Comfortable interacting with volunteers, residents, and community partners with empathy and professionalism.
Other Information
Weekend and/or after-office work may be required on an ad-hoc basis depending on needs.
