Job Description
Support the development and operations of the Care on Sundays, SteadyStrength, MindCare and other elective program, including client engagement, program coordination, service operations, and business development initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and operation of the Care on Sundays program, SteadyStrength, MindCare and other elective programs.
- Assist in client onboarding, scheduling, attendance tracking, and follow-up coordination
- Support business development and community outreach initiatives to increase program awareness and participation
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, operational documentation, and process improvement materials
- Support data tracking, feedback collection, and simple analysis for service improvement initiatives
- Participate in coordination with internal stakeholders, clients, caregivers, vendors and community partners
- Assist in Care on Sundays Service Integration (CSI) project and related work
- Support the setup, coordination, and opening of new Care on Sundays centres and services
- Provide operational support during program sessions, including Sunday duty where required

Qualification
You are:
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or diploma or ITE in a relevant field.
- Weekend Work Requirement: Sunday duty may be required as part of operational exposure and support for Care on Sundays programs and activities.
