Job Description
This position will report directly to Senior Manager, Applications. The Applications Manager will be in-charge of application systems. Scope of work includes applications support to business users, analyse business requirement, applications level 2 support liaise between users and vendors to ensure sufficient training to users, document the business processes, engage the users to improve the business processes and oversee applications change management.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Oversee applications such as Customer Relationship Management, Clinic Management System, NHELP and ERP
- Review business user requirement, translate into technical specification and ensure user acceptance testing is completed deployment
- Review user manuals and administrator manuals
- Ensure proper applications change management
- Conduct user training and ensure business processes alignment

Qualification
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL database
- Domain knowledge of healthcare clinical / non-clinical applications and Health Language 7 standard
- Candidate with Enterprise Architecture and MCSD certification will be added advantage
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- At least a Polytechnic Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ IT or its equivalent
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience in supporting application systems and experienced at one complete software development life cycle (SDLC)
