Job Description
As Manager of HR Systems, you will report to the Senior Manager, HR Shared Services and Systems, partnering with HR teams to support key HR projects and operations.
This 6-month maternity cover role will ensure business continuity while supporting the HR Systems Transformation Project. You will drive operational excellence through HR systems implementation, process improvements, system operations, and initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
Key responsibilities include managing HR systems activities, supporting project milestones, resolving system and shared services queries, maintaining data accuracy, improving processes, and supporting user adoption through testing, documentation, issue resolution, and change management.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional with strong problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a collaborative approach to delivering quality outcomes across the organisation.

• Partner with HR stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyse business needs, and translate them into functional requirements for HR systems enhancements and projects.
• Review and optimise HR processes, develop workflows, define roles and responsibilities, and identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, issue tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
• Provide day-to-day HR systems support, manage enquiries and incidents, and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure timely resolution.
• Develop and maintain HR systems documentation, including SOPs, workflows, configuration records, and user guides to support governance and knowledge continuity.
• Support change management activities, including communications, training, and user adoption for new systems, processes, and enhancements.
• Monitor HR system performance and drive continuous improvements in operational efficiency, user experience, and data quality.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, vendors, and project teams to deliver project milestones, manage risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Senior Manager, HR Shared Services & Systems.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Ability to manage high volumes of work, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
- Proficient in Google Workspace collaborative tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive in identifying issues and proposing practical solutions.
- Experience in an HR Shared Services environment and knowledge of SuccessFactors is an added advantage.
