Job Description

The Admin Assistant is responsible to provide general office and administrative support to ensure efficient and effective operations in the department.

  • Administrative matters, including
    • Preparation of documents (schedule reports, letters, minutes, forms, statement of accounts etc) and provide all other admin support (fax, filing, photocopying, data entry etc)
    • Purchase of items (office stationary, computer consumables, refreshments etc.) and claims submission
    • Maintain/update all database, including client information and other operational files
    • Attend to call/email enquiries and direct walk-ins
    • Collect feedbacks from clients
    • Data collection and evaluation
  • Any other duties as assigned by centre manager / social work associates

Job Requirements

  • GCE ‘O’ Levels, NITEC or SSTI Diploma in Social Service
  • Possess 1-2 years of experience in administration
  • Meticulous and independent
