Job Description

  • Match D/O with invoices
  • If invoices are not verified, forward to end users and follow up until the invoices are verified
  • Do GR posting
  • Update common drive folders with soft copy service agreements for each daycare centre
  • Update summary table with expiry dates of all service agreements for daycare centres
  • Chase suppliers for invoices with grant expiry date
  • Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Higher NITEC qualifications in Supply Chain / Logistics or equivalent
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good team-player and interpersonal skills
  • Good computer literacy in Microsoft applications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; especially Microsoft Excel
