Job Description

As an Assistant Manager, Business & Corporate Development, you will be required to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive the business development of the Home Care division, as well as track the Key Performance Indicators of the division.

  • Identify collaboration opportunities, and work with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive the business development of the Home Care Division through marketing and outreach efforts
  • Showcase home care services to prospective clients to increase awareness and enable home care services to reach out to a wider community
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key partners
  • Monitor and analyze Home Care Division’s Key Performance Indicators, and work closely with internal stakeholders to strengthen the indicators. Source for government funding for home care programmes
  • Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Minimum 3 years’ of experience in community services and/or healthcare settings in Singapore is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good communication skills (oral and written)
  • Pleasant disposition
  • Good business acumen
  • Resourceful and self-motivated
  • Good in problem solving
