Job Description

The Care Executive is responsible to provide administrative support to ensure efficient and effective operations in the department. You will be required to provide training and supervision to volunteers.

  • To provide clerical and administrative support for the day-to-day operations, such as client database management, reports preparations and submissions, handle enquiries, referral management, file maintenance, volunteer orientation coordination
  • Assist Care Managers to monitor volunteers’ home visits schedules
  • Assist Community Nurse to provide training and supervision to volunteers
  • Conduct home visits to monitor client’s social well being and medication monitoring if required

Job Requirements

  • GCE ‘N’, ‘O’ levels or NITEC / SSTI Diploma in Social Service
  • Proficient in Microsoft office i.e Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Office administration skills
  • Possess compassion in serving the elderly clients
