Job Description

You are responsible for managing and supervising a team of support staff to ensure the smooth operations of the Day Care Centre. Duties include staff management, Client’s enquires, feedbacks and complaints and client’s behavior management.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business Management / Nursing / Pharmacy / Therapy / Social Work or other relevant fields
  • Preferably minimum 5 years’ experience in management
  • Preferably experience working with MOH and other relevant stakeholders in healthcare industry or government agencies in general
  • Experience working with elderly in the community
  • Experience working with dementia clients or medical social work an advantage
  • Confident, matured, independent and enjoys team work
  • Enjoys community setting and hands-on experiences
  • Able to speak local languages and dialects
