Job Description

NTUC Health is looking for a meticulous and self-driven project and change management lead with proven record of accomplishment of delivering IT applications and IT infrastructure projects. This role is a key appointment in the NTUC Health technology team to help the organisation transform and move towards the digital platform. The selected candidate will report directly to Chief Digital and Technology Officer of NTUC Health.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all aspects of project management as well as partnering with managers in justification of funding requirements for technology initiatives
  • Liaise with IT managers and cross functional team leads to track and meet project deadlines, identify project obstacles, proactively mitigate risks and escalate and resolve issues effectively
  • Partnering and working closely with internal IT team, external vendors, department heads and group-level executives to lead change management for the adoption of digital tools
  • Manage and maintain communication plan to make sure good stakeholders' relationships and manage expectations
  • Ensure relevant operational metrics are being properly measured, tracked and managed

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • University degree in computer science, information systems or related discipline. An advanced degree (Masters) is preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of Project Management experience in leading implementation and adoption of end-to-end Information Technology solutions and infrastructure
  • Experience in project plans, milestones, measures, budgets, resource and time management
  • Knowledge of PM methodologies and demonstrated capability to apply them in a pragmatic way
  • Proven ability to interact with various business users, senior management, IT teams and external vendors effectively
  • Strong fundamental understanding of Cybersecurity, enterprise networking and storage, server and desktop virtualisation, telecom and communications infra
  • Exposure to managing technology functions including help desk, desktop support, server administration, application support is highly desired
  • Effective leadership skills and emotional intelligence to influence key decisions, mediate conflicts and build consensus
  • Resourceful and proactive team player with excellent analytical and planning skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in product-driven, agile organisations is highly desirable
  • Some practical experience in working on cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud or similar is highly desirable
