Job Description

The Executive, Community Partnerships will execute outreach and marketing strategies and tactics to meet department objectives, including establishing partnerships in the community, as well as assist in executing business development plans.

  • Manage and coordinate all marketing and outreach activities to increase awareness of home care to potential clients, community partners and job seekers
  • Build education content and marketing collaterals for outreach campaigns.
  • Execute plans in collaboration with internal (e.g. Operations, Corporate Communications, and HR) and external (e.g. government, unions, grassroots) stakeholders to achieve targets
  • Assist in managing annual outreach / marketing budget
  • Monitor, review and report on all marketing and outreach activity and results
  • Participate in projects across business units in NTUC Health
  • Any other duties as assigned by reporting officer

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Marketing or PR
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, formal presentation skill, organization and planning skills
  • Experience in healthcare sector is an advantage 
  • Passion to serve seniors and the community
  • Proficient in Information Technology (IT), e.g. Microsoft Office applications
