Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient human resource generalist function that is aligned with departmental and company strategic goals at the Nursing Home

  • Provide HR business partnership and advisory services to engage the business and employees in the nursing home
  • Implement HR policies and procedures in alignment to organisational goals
  • Administer and execute HR functions such as recruitment, on-boarding, employee engagement and off-boarding
  • Collaborate with Operations Team to manage and upkeep on-site employee dormitory, as well as ensure employees’ compliance with dormitory guidelines
  • Work effectively with HQ-HR to attend to employee queries such as benefits, payroll matters, leave administration and claims submission
  • Attend to employee grievances, and provide counselling where necessary
  • Assist in quarterly report submission to MOH
  • Assist in general office admin, including stationery and pantry stock requisition and stand in for reception duties, when necessary
  • Support in HR projects and initiatives
  • Participate actively in continuous improvement of HR processes and procedure

Job Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • 2-3 years’ experience specializing in Human Resource
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Meticulous
  • Team player with strong customer focus
  • Able to work independently and multi-task
  • Proactive approach and flexibility to support team and colleagues when needed
  • Resilient
  • Able to anticipate customers’ needs
