Job Description

The Admin Assistant will be responsible for the recruitment administration duties, such as managing the recruitment database, coordinating interview and generating recruitment statistics report. You will also be required to provide general administrative support to the HR team.

  • Assist the team with administrative tasks such as the loading and maintenance of open positions in the recruitment portal, print advertisement and with agency if necessary
  • Assist in logistic preparations prior to and on the actual day of Job Fairs
  • Co-ordinate and organize appointment with candidate and member of the team for interview
  • Manage and collate job application and respond to all applicants within a timely manner
  • Maintain recruitment status data and develop recurring or ad-hoc report as and when required.  This will include preparing monthly/quarterly recruitment, turnover and diversity monitoring reports
  • Assist in submission of claims for relevant grants
  • Other related administrative duties as instructed.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma holder in HR discipline
  • 1 year working experience in related field
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
