Job Description

The Manager, Talent Acquisition will work closely with the HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to implement long term human resource planning strategy.  This includes identifying appropriate source of talents, management of strategic alliances and partners to develop talent pipeline to support our business growth and build Employer’s Brand.

Successful candidate should have a HR academic background with experience in recruitment and human resource planning.  Candidates should also be knowledgeable about labor legislation and is a team leader who is able to make effective decisions quickly.

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Identify new talent sources to attract active and passive candidates
  • Supervise and train recruiting team to deliver effective outcome from talent acquisition process
  • Partners with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers on Manpower needs forecast
  • Manage strategic alliances and partners such as education institutions and government agencies
  • Maintain recruiting metrics (eg. time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, number-per-search, etc
  • Participate in job fairs and career events
  • Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiting team and managers about changes in regulations

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource or related field
  • 5 years working experience in related field
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
