Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for managing counter operations and providing administrative support in the clinic while projecting professionalism and the company’s core values at all times.  You will also be responsible to inform Head Office for all matters relating to doctors’ schedule or leave application.

  • Provide administrative support to clinic and ensure a smooth flow in the clinic operations
  • Perform counter duties including registration, appointment scheduling, payment collection and banking
  • To attend walk in and call in patient enquiries
  • Handle incoming telephone calls and schedule patients appointments and recalls when required
  • Liaise with dental laboratories for collection and delivery of lab reports and dental works
  • File and retrieve patient’s record and documents
  • Perform inventory control on office supplies
  • Perform and record maintenance of equipment e.g. fire extinguishers, emergency kit
  • Perform inventory control on drugs dispensed
  • Keep premise clean, tidy and presentable at all times
  • Coordinate and work closely with Head Office in all matters
  • Perform any duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Secondary education
  • Customer service oriented
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Cheerful and pleasant personality
  • Preferably bilingual in English and a mother tongue
  • Conversant in basic computer skills
