Job Description

You are responsible for supporting the Programme Manager in the smooth running of the Active Aging Hub and perform administrative duties. Other duties include coordination of activities and event’s logistics.

Your role & responsibilities include:- 

  • Supporting the Programme Manager in the smooth running of the Active Aging Hub
  • Providing admin support as such data entry, process invoices
  • Coordinating and conduct activities
  • Arranging refreshments

Job Requirements

  • GCE ’O’ level
  • PC literate
  • Possess passion and empathy in helping the elderly
  • Possess good interpersonal skills
  • Able to converse in Mandarin and dialects
  • Ability to speak multiple dialects is an added advantage
