Job Description

To assist the programme manager in maximizing the Braddell Height Assisted Living Project (BHALP) in the areas of revenue, quality service, customer care standards and profitability.


  • To support the operations with the purpose of achieving key customer targets and optimizing profits through customer acquisition


  • Ensure high standards of customer experience in the delivery of services
  • Follows up on service orders and provide timely feedback and appraisal to manager
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of customer engagement with the client


  • Promote BHAL service to achieve key customer targets
  • Check on customer bookings and service scheduling. Ensure timely service delivery
  • Contact customers on service package expiry and promote renewals
  • Submit all petty cash reimbursements for manager’s approval
  • Responsible for banking-in of sales money
  • Ensure all management records, cancellation and/or discharge, complaints and compliments, etc are properly recorded
  • Ensure the proper administration of customer registration, service confirmation, service co-ordination with partners and case management
  • Assist manager with all reports and records for timely submission. Examples of reports include new customer report, customer satisfaction survey, service utilization, etc


  • Assist the manager in maintaining a good level of engagement with community partners and service providers
  • Assist in gathering information and recommend new services and/or activities
  • Maintain sufficient inventory of marketing materials

Job Requirements

  • Able to work minimally 2-3 days a week on an adhoc basis 
  • Diploma in any discipline
