Job Description

The role of the Programme Coordinator for Mobile Dental Clinics (MDCs) is to undertake a variety of administrative and programme management tasks related to the MDCs which provide basic dental services to community partners such as nursing homes, senior activity centres, and community centres.

The Programme Coordinator will help in planning and organizing programmes and activities as well as carry out important operational duties.

  • Plan and coordinate the MDCs and its activities, such as registering patients, billing patients, and submitting government claims for simple treatments
  • Set-up and troubleshoot the MDCs operations and its components
  • Assist with administrative work concerning the MDCs, which includes record keeping, and producing simple reports
  • Prepare paperwork and order consumables for the MDCs
  • Schedule meetings, conduct site recces, and manage client’s expectations for MDCs deployment
  • Assist with basic dental assisting
  • Assist with ad-hoc non-MDC administrative work during lull periods


Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Enjoy working in a physically active job setting
  • Able to work on weekends
