Job Description

You will provide administrative support to the HR team and reception support in NTUC Health Geylang East Nursing Home.

  • Work closely with Operations team to ensure the reception area is kept clean, neat and tidy
  • Attend professionally to call-in and walk-in enquiries at the reception counter
  • Respond to emails in the Nursing Home’s enquiry email account
  • Collect and sort in-coming letters/documents and distribute to respective departments
  • Upkeep stationery cupboard, monitor stock and requisite stationery supplies for replenishment
  • Upkeep pantry cabinets, monitor stock and requisite pantry supplies for replenishment
  • Upkeep the phone directory and update all staff of changes
  • Work closely with Case Management team to get the updated list of residents to attend to enquiries
  • Support HR team as the point of contact for collection of staff dormitory laundry tokens, staff cards, MOM letters, documents, etc.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement of processes and procedures
  • Provide any other ad-hoc admin support to HR Team as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or Certificate in Business Administration
  • Minimum 2 years’ of experience in administrative support
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good communication skills (oral and written)
  • Pleasant disposition
  • Independent, resourceful and self-motivated
  • Effectively bilingual
