Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient reception and administrative function that is aligned with HR and Admin operational needs at the Nursing Home.

  • Provide front desk reception duties covering incoming calls and directing calls to appropriate associates/ward
  • Co-ordinate and handle mail distribution, flow of faxes and courier services including of meeting room booking as and when necessary
  • Manage and maintain on-site dormitory regulations and ensure safety and cleanliness including stay-in/out options policy and handles enquires/feedback/issues
  • Support HR projects and initiatives
  • Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Secondary 4 education with good pass in English
  • 1 year related experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Proactive approach and flexibility to support team and colleagues when needed
