Job Description

The incumbent is responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions.

  • Develop or oversee the production of training procedure manuals and guides, and course materials such as handouts and visual materials
  • Develop training directory based on NTUC Health’s Learning and Development Framework
  • Select and assign instructors or vendors to conduct training
  • Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
  • Schedule classes based on availability of classrooms, equipment and instructors
  • Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions
  • Attend meetings and seminars to obtain information for use in training programs or to inform management of training program status.
  • Coordinate recruitment and placement of training program participants
  • Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness
  • Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment


Job Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • 3 years’ experience specializing in Human Resource
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task
