Overall Description

The Risk-Compliance Manager will be responsible for managing the enterprise risk management framework of the organisation. He/She will support the corporate secretariat and personal data protection committee. The candidate will report to the Senior Director, Finance.


Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Maintaining overall risk management process for the organisation, which includes an analysis of the financial impact on the organisation when risks occur
  • Managing the insurance policies of the organisation
  • Risk reporting tailored to the relevant audience
  • Overseeing business continuity plans
  • Support the Corporate Secretariat on Board matters
  • Support the DPO in personal data protection matters

Job Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in
    • Finance or Economics
    • Management or Business Studies
    • Risk Management
  • Certification in relevant fields such as Internal Audit would be advantageous
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience, with at least 2 to 3 years of external audit experience preferred
