Job Description

The incumbent will assist in the development, planning and execution of a service quality strategy to engage residents, families and staff across NTUC Health nursing homes under the purview of the Residential Care arm of NTUC Health, in order to meet service needs to the community.

  • Active collection of feedback on service delivery from residents, and their family representative(s), on a regular basis
  • Collection of ad-hoc feedback, acknowledge and inform relevant department, update and conclude case with respective departments involved
  • Collate and compile related data for analysis and management reporting
  • Protection of residents’ confidentiality and anonymity, if requested, when feedback is given
  • Maintain updated copy of the best practices and other relevant documents related to service quality process
  • Support and maintain service quality improvement workflow, systems and processes
  • Support and co-ordinate service quality programme to engage and encourage staff in promoting and performing quality service to our residents and/or clients
  • Support and co-ordinate survey and/or auditing processes to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain a high standard of integrity, corporate governance and timely management and service quality reporting investigations and mitigations
  • Participate in service quality events and other events assigned
  • Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Degree or Advance Diploma in Social Work, Gerontology or Service Sector disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in community healthcare settings in Singapore
  • Hands-on experience in volunteerism and service quality work
  • Good knowledge of the geriatrics and community services
  • People-oriented, willing to work the ground and strong administrative skill
  • Strong written and spoken communications skills
  • Multilingual, and appreciation and sensitivity to multicultural preferences and nuances.
